PT Staff Instructor PMP Certified and certified to teach through PMI the PMP Cert Prep Course

Job Description: 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and teaching non-credit courses assigned by the Center for Professional Studies. Develop course syllabus; design all instructional material; create and deliver lesson plans to ensure students achieve stated goals. Assist in materials selection and evaluation; assess the progress of students and periodically give reports to CPS Administration. Start and end lessons on time. Actively promote and help to market course, CPE, and Pace University Programs.

Position Duties

  • Instruct participants and administer information.
  • Lead readings, lectures, class discussions, and application activities.
  • Testing of materials and administration of Final Examination (as required).
  • Maintain detailed attendance records (as required).
  • Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Supervision

The instructor will have autonomy and control over the class and the exercises, practice tests, and materials to be studied and administered.
