(Due to the holiday schedule, the November and December Breakfast Roundtables are combined to one date, Tuesday, 05 Dec 2023.)
A core responsibility of project managers is to deliver quality results in the time allotted. Did you know that the average professional spends over 60% of their workday in meetings (33%) and reading and responding to emails (28%)? Not having enough time to get actual work done can leave individuals feeling stressed and overworked. For teams and organizations, it can contribute to a culture of burnout and turnover.
This session will cover practical tips for the use of everyday tools and technology, which can save time and increase productivity. Even small improvements in productivity can result in exponential savings and output for organizations and promote a happier and more stable work environment.
