Supercharge your communication skills and learn how project management is changing as we emerge from the pandemic
Did you know that PMI’s global survey revealed that the number one skill employers of project managers look for is effective communication? To help us improve our communications skills PMIW will host Seth Greenwald at our March 14 Chapter meeting to coach us on how to engage our audiences – project teams, stakeholders, project sponsors – with authenticity. This hybrid event will give practical advice on how to tap your own creative thinking to communicate clearly and influence positive team outcomes. Registration is open here.
How is project management changing as the way we work evolves post pandemic? What trends are emerging based on the human values we recognized as critical during the pandemic? How do we incorporate these lessons in our new ways of working? Come to PMIW’s 14th Annual Symposium on May 6 to hear about these and other critical project management issues. Information on this hybrid event can be found at PMIWestchester.org and you can register here.
PMI Westchester’s 20th Anniversary celebration is March 9. We will give special recognition to our founders, leaders, and especially our current active volunteers!
