From her new book, Linda will discuss the link between Strategic Planning and Project Selection and Approval in relation to project life cycle.
Dr. Linda P. Dowdell earned her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) degrees from the University of Phoenix, and an executive Master’s degree in Telecommunications and Computing Management from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering, NY. She holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP) credentials. She has more than 15 years of experience in the private sector in various roles and over nine years of experience in teaching college-level courses at Fordham University and as an adjunct instructor at Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Currently, Dr. Dowdell works as a consultant for financial organizations and published author. She is also a former member of the Board of Directors for the PMI Westchester Chapter, where she served as Secretary and Vice President of Professional Development and Training.
