Project managers, by the nature of their roles, are responsible for integrating timelines, budgets, and outcomes with projects, processes, and people. The work requires an ability to synthesize information and ideas that can involve challenging situations and colleagues. This session focuses on the concept of embedding coaching techniques that enable project managers to set clear boundaries, empower colleagues to step into their responsibilities more fully, and navigate differences in the workplace.
