Topic:
Demystifying the Myth about Agile

Mark Troncone has led numerous projects using traditional Waterfall, Iterative and AGILE approaches and has seen the positive benefits and negative ramifications of all in action. While no one approach is best, the challenge is for the project manger to understand the pro’s and con’s of selecting the approach that best suites the project initiative, then implement this approach to minimize the probability of a projects failure.

Tonight’s presentation will give insight to help you to understand the number one myth about AGILE; knowing this you can then begin the journey to understand AGILE, the history behind AGILE and how it was formed, how AGILE is different from other project approaches that you may have worked with, the benefits of using AGILE and how to use one of the many tools available in the project management world to put AGILE into practice.
