Stakeholder engagement is one of the most critical aspects to the success of a project. Without stakeholders' involvement, whatever the level of influence, there is an increased risk of the project going off track. Lack of communication, or assuming that stakeholders are comprehending assumed communication, can easily lead to failures down the road. Even if there is proper stakeholder analysis and identification at the beginning of a project, all stakeholders must still be engaged throughout the project to have the greatest probability of success. Join us for a discussion of strategies and tactics to maintain a high level of engagement from stakeholders in order to ensure your projects don't go off the rails.
