Presentation:
As organizations look to implement major change initiatives, we may find ourselves with the responsibility of leading the charge in a variety of areas. What happens when we discover we are not the expert?

Keith Muller will discuss his experience in leading a major change initiative and how, by leveraging project management tools and training instead of becoming an expert in all areas, he was able to drive change and build new capability in a global organization.
