What is the #1 reason for people being unhappy at work? They don’t feel valued (Forbes July 2014). We hear it time and time again that the biggest asset in any company is its people; but if we all know this then why are so many people miserable at work? In this interactive presentation, we will explore what popular culture (movies, television shows and books) can teach us about appreciating our teams which will help us gain insight about ourselves, not to mention perhaps provide us with some tools and techniques that could prove useful at work and even at home.
Stephanie has an eclectic background; having worked in Corporate, Small Business, Non-for-Profit and Government planning projects in a variety of capacities. She is known for cultivating her teams to get results, especially under tight timelines. Her biggest accomplishment to date was launching a brand-new product for Post Cereal in under 4 months; which was less than half the typical timeline. Having been a member of PMI Westchester since 2013 has helped Stephanie hone her skills in Project Management. She has Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Empire State, Associate in Music Business from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and an Associates in Marketing from Westchester Community College.
