Using the M.O.R.E. Framework, Betsy Steele and Scott Morrison will cover the differences in healthcare projects from decades ago, more recently, and current/future opportunities.
Betsy began her career in Human Resources (HR) before transitioning into HR systems, combining her HR expertise and passions for technology and project management. In 2012, Betsy earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and joined Montefiore Health System. She currently serves as HR Technology Project Director within the HR Workforce Solutions (HRWS) department.
During her career at Montefiore, she has had the opportunity to lead and contribute to numerous large-scale, complex HR and Payroll implementations supporting the organization’s approximately 45,000 employees.
Most recently, she led a Workday implementation that was successfully delivered on time and under budget. Betsy has held several volunteer leadership roles with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Her Honor Mentoring. Outside of work, Betsy is an avid tennis player and a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan.
