Lunch & Learn: Agile Beyond Tech

Date:
23 Oct 2026 - 12:00pm
Topic:
Adapting Agile to the Real World
PDU Category:
Business Acumen (.40); Power Skills (.35); Ways of Working (.25)
Description:

A practitioner panel exploring how Agile principles work across different organizational environments, including legal, and what happens when Agile meets governance, compliance, established processes, competing stakeholder needs, and cultures that were not designed around Agile.

By the end of this session, we will be able to:
-Identify where Agile principles create friction with governance, compliance, and established processes — and why that friction is often a signal, not a failure.
-Apply practical strategies for adapting Agile practices in regulated or non-tech environments, drawing on real fintech and legal-ops examples.
-Recognize which Agile values can flex to fit organizational constraints, and which are worth holding firm on.

Facilitator:
