Project Manager

Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and support HR systems (HCM) initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role will drive planning and execution of medium to large-scale projects across HR technology platforms and work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing complex IT projects, operating within structured governance frameworks, and delivering results in cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead project oversight, execution, and control across multiple initiatives
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Drive project initiation, scope definition, and scope control
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned to project milestones
  • Track progress against scope, budget, and schedule

Contract: hybrid, on-site 2-3 times per week

Required skills:
Strong experience managing IT projects in enterprise environments
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and external resources
Experience with full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and project management best practices

Technical & Tool Experience:
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar HCM platforms) preferred
