Various aspects of projects involve legal considerations, ranging from vendor contract language to international law. The use of AI from project onset through to delivery may also pose legal constraints. This Breakfast Roundtable will explore legal implications both from the lawyer's perspective (when involved in a project) through to the more general legal considerations affecting projects across industries.

Priscilla Sohnen earned her J.D. at Emory University and has had her degree for more than 3 decades. Originally from Rockland County, NY, she now lives in Pittsburgh, PA. She advises on HR and Legal issues for a family-run company, and has had exposure to a range of project management opportunities.
