Vaishali will guide you through practical breathing techniques, balancing poses, and stress management tools specifically designed for busy professionals—techniques you can use immediately at your desk, before meetings, or anytime stress hits.

Vaishali Bhattacharyya is the founder of Yogashali, where she teaches yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to help busy professionals find calm, clarity, and balance in demanding lives. With a Master's in Education and over 20 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership, Vaishali understands firsthand the challenges of managing stress, juggling competing priorities, and staying grounded amidst constant demands. As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained at Yoga Haven with specialized youth mindfulness training, Vaishali brings a unique integration of yogic philosophy, Ayurveda, and neuroscience to her teaching. Her approach goes beyond the physical practice—she helps students understand why these techniques work and how to apply them in daily life, from the boardroom to the living room.
