As Artificial Intelligence reshapes the workplace, project professionals are facing rising cognitive load, uncertainty, performance pressure, and emotional fatigue. While automation promises efficiency, it is also transforming motivation, identity, and team dynamics.

This session explores the growing challenge of AI-induced burnout and shows how leaders can reclaim energy, clarity, and purpose through purpose-driven leadership, emotional connection, and intentional work design. Through practical frameworks, reflection, and real-world insights, participants will gain actionable strategies to reduce disengagement, strengthen retention, and lead high-performing teams confidently in an AI-augmented future.
