Scott Morrison has had more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry (now retired). As VP, Information Systems Prescription Medicines, he led Boehringer Ingelheim's Global IS Prescription Medicine group. Previously he worked for Pfizer, most recently as VP of Global Business Technology – Japan/Asia and Latin America. As a volunteer, Scott has served as a Board Chair of United Way of Westchester and Putnam and Board Member of 2-1-1 New York.

Mary Ann Montano earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, which launched her career in marketing research with AC Nielsen. She later completed her MBA while working for Playtex Apparel and subsequently earned her project management certification during her tenure at IBM.

Throughout her career, Mary Ann has held roles across several Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, building a diverse portfolio of experience in corporate finance, sales, demand and supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and both customer and employee experience.
She and her husband now reside in Wilmington, Vermont, where they enjoy the region’s outdoor recreation and operate their own small business. Mary Ann is an active member of the Deerfield Valley Rotary, where she leads the Rotary Garden Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Serenity Central of Vermont, contributing to business plan development and overseeing the organization’s garden beautification initiatives.

Alicia Walker is a seasoned project and program management leader with extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across global and regulated organizations. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Global Development Program Management at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where she drives strategic initiatives focused on delivery excellence, governance, and stakeholder alignment. With prior leadership roles at IBM and Pacific Gas & Electric, Alicia is recognized for building PMOs, improving delivery performance, and driving enterprise-wide change.

Raymond L. Francis is a Board Member and VP of Admin for PMIW. Ray is PMIW’s Disciplined Agile champion, Director of the PM CoP (Community of Practice) and Director of PMIW’s Breakfast Roundtable PM Morning topics.
Raymond is a Business and Systems Integration Consultant on the Oracle / PeopleSoft – F&EP (Finance & Enterprise Performance) / Infor CloudSuite platform. He has over 30 years of Information Technology experience with over 15 years of experience in management consulting. Companies Ray has worked for Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, KPMB, Citi Corp, Brinks.
Ray has over 15 years of experience on PeopleSoft FMSC and HCM systems. His areas of expertise include: procurement to payables (PTP), Inventory, GL, AM, AR & billing process design, and system implementation. His industry experience includes Healthcare, Energy, Transportation, State and Federal agency. Additionally, Ray’s has managed all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.

Laxmi Vallury, PMIW President, will also be on the panel.
