“When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”
Research shows that 70% of change initiatives fail in large organizations. The largest factor contributing to this failure rate is leadership – the inability to plan and lead people through change.
In this webinar, we will understand why people resist change, and how important it is to become strong and effective change champions.
We will relate the importance of the Change Management Plan to assist in the fulfillment of change benefits. And lastly, we will emphasize the need for change sustainment and reinforcement for long-lasting success.
