PMI Westchester (the Westchester, NY chapter of the Project Management Institute) is a dynamic group of like-minded Project Management Professionals and area business leaders.

The Chapter is committed to increasing the level of professionalism in project management and creating a greater awareness and dependence to our profession. We only exist because of, and for, YOU. We are committed to making you successful as a Project Manager. And only when we have reached this have we fulfilled our purpose.

First and foremost we are a voluntary membership organization. Our objectives are to:

• Provide you with a forum for sharing and exchanging PM principles, techniques, practices and information
• Promote the use of PM principles and techniques in Westchester businesses, government and other entities
• Facilitate education in the field of project management
• Provide support, consultation and mentoring to project managers of all levels

The services of our Chapter are from a group of energetic volunteers. If you are interested in joining the team please visit our volunteer page to see open opportunities or contact any board member.

The Chapter has regularly scheduled meetings, seminars, trainings and many other events.

We offer dinner meetings the second Tuesday of every month, starting in September and continuing through June (during the COVID-19 pandemic period, these have been transformed into on-line sessions). This schedule may vary based on holidays, program restrictions or conflicting local area events. Although we encourage membership in the Chapter, you do not have to be a member to attend our dinner meetings.

For Chapter members, we also offer free monthly Lunch & Learn sessions and Breakfast Roundtable sessions during the same period (September through June).
