This discussion on Risk and Dependency Management will review how to approach Risk Management from an outward-looking perspective at the Portfolio level, to understand how other programs and projects can impact your programs. In addition, we will review outward-looking considerations from an operational risk and business continuity planning perspective. And finally, we will review approaches for managing these processes from a commercial product development and Non-PMO driven projects.
Lenny is an experienced executive leader with 30 years experience in banking, capital markets and insurance. He began his career in mortgage banking in internal audit and over the course of his career has moved from analyst to senior leadership roles across banking operations, trading, strategic account management, client servicing, information technology, strategy, business transformation, process reengineering and recently large-scale program management delivery.
Phebe started her career at General Electric Company (GE), in their Information Management Leadership program, which led her career through various GE businesses and permanent roles in Florida, Connecticut, and Canada.
Prior to joining the Federal Government in 2019, Phebe was IT Security Operations Director at World Vision International. She has more than 20 years of international, cross functional and cross cultural professional experience in Project/Program Management, Analytics, Process Improvement and Risk Management in the public and private sectors.
