We’ve seen metrics used for both good and bad...when it comes to agile and agility, which metrics should we keep an eye on, and how do we use them to do good?
Patrick Campbell will be addressing the (potentially) sensitive topic of the use of metrics in Agile efforts and environments, principles to help you think about how and where to apply them, and sharing examples. His goal is to make you more comfortable and confident with your selection and application of them in your own situation.
Patrick is a 20+ year veteran of project and program leadership and management, having proposed, led, and delivered hundreds of projects and programs both as program manager as well as practice director while working at Digital Equipment, Compaq, and Hewlett Packard. Since 2006 Pat has been studying, practicing, implementing, teaching, and coaching agile and lean principles, and has helped multiple Fortune 500 companies discover their benefits.
Originally certified by Ken Schwaber, one of the creators of Scrum, Pat brings a unique combination of background and experience to facilitating teams through the discovery of a new and rewarding way of delivering business value. Pat holds a PMP (’99) and ACP (’14) certification from PMI, and is a certified ScrumMaster, a certified Product Owner, and certified SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Program Consultant.
