Project Manager

Job Description: 

Seeking a seasoned client-facing project manager responsible for the direction, planning, execution, controlling and completion of software development projects ensuring clients’ project methodologies, standards and goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects (1-2) in parallel
  • Act as Agile scrum master when applicable: must be familiar with conducting all Agile ceremonies. Demonstrate Servant Leadership to the Team
  • Facilitate collaboration and negotiation among team members and external stakeholders, motivate teams, diffuse tension, and establish unity and team energy
  • Manage all aspects related to project management: scope, time, resources, risks and issues, implementation, quality, testing and launch
  • Manage project changes to achieve project goals
  • Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders
  • Communicate project requirements to external vendors as applicable
  • Demonstrate leadership, and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications required
Job Skills Required: 

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience supporting a major software development and implementation initiatives
  • Experience with consulting and working with clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops a plus
  • Understand the Core Businesses, Technology, Organizational Structure, Business Roadmap and Vision
