The skill set employed by project managers greatly enhances the outcomes of projects. However, the benefits of owning and utilizing these skills is not restricted to projects, nor just to the workplace. This presentation shows how these skills are transferable – both within the workplace and in our personal lives.
Ellen Radack Kahan is a certified PMP with over 20 years’ experience in all phases of IT projects from developer through project manager. As a Senior Project Manager she has managed both multi-national and multi-company projects.
Ellen’s additional roles have included Business Liaison to an international subsidiary, Head of Model Governance and financial model developer.
In addition to her PMP certification Ellen holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Computer Science from Union College.
