Leadership

What is the #1 reason for people being unhappy at work? They don’t feel valued (Forbes July 2014). We hear it time and time again that the biggest asset in any company is its people; but if we all know this then why are so many people miserable at work? In this interactive presentation, we will explore what popular culture (movies, television shows and books) can teach us about appreciating our teams which will help us gain insight about ourselves, not to mention perhaps provide us with some tools and techniques that could prove useful at work and even at home.

Speaker:
Stephanie Unger
