Quality should not be an afterthought in the development process.
This session explores where quality belongs throughout the SDLC and what can happen when it is not intentionally planned from the beginning.
We will examine the consequences of cutting corners on quality and consider how teams can incorporate quality throughout development rather than treating it as a final checkpoint.
Approximately 40% of the session will be interactive, giving us an opportunity to engage with the concepts, share perspectives, and explore how quality decisions play out in real project environments.
