Tom Avezzano is the general manager of All Pro Cleaning & Restoration, a Belfor company. Tom was the Owner/manager of All Pro Cleaning & Restoration Services for 23 years, growing a small locally focused company into a Trusted Regional Partner for many insurance carriers, building managers, Homeowners and Schools & Municipalities. In 2020, Belfor Restoration purchased the All Pro Brand and retained Tom to run that division of the company. Tom has worked in every aspect of the Restoration Industry and holds advanced certifications in Mold Remediation, Advanced Structural Drying and is a Green Risk Professional. Tom received his Bachelor Degree from Manhattan College and his MS from Queens College. He involves himself in many charitable organizations and is the Chairman of the Donald Broderick Memorial Scholarship Fund. When not working Tom loves to exercise, ski, play golf, and spend time with his family!
Jack McArdle had a diversified Insurance Career in adjusting, auditing, litigation and brokerage. He was an adjunct Professor at Westchester Community College teaching risk management. He served on the Board of the NYS Hospitality and Tourism Association.
After retirement from Arthur J. Gallager BRokerage for 36 years, he took a position with All Pro / Belfor/
He is a Board Member and past President of the Mount Vernon Boys & Girls Club and serves on the Board of the Westchester / Fairfield CPCU Society.
His degrees are from Iona University
